Terms and conditions
The rules that apply to using this website and submitting an enquiry.
These terms govern your use of the Reclaim My Bills website and the enquiry service. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About us
Reclaim My Bills is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13247551). Our registered office is at Derwent House, Vantage Court, Riverside Way, Barrowford, BB9 6BP. Our email address is contact@reclaimmybills.co.uk.
No legal advice
Nothing on this website is legal advice. The information we publish is general and educational. Whether you have a claim depends on the wording of your contracts and the facts of your dealings with the broker. You should not rely on this website as a substitute for advice from a solicitor.
Enquiries and assessments
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or a solicitor-client relationship. The initial review is free and carries no obligation. If we take your matter forward, the terms of our engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement.
We assess claims honestly. If we do not think a claim is worth pursuing, we will tell you so. An assessment is our professional view, not a guarantee of outcome.
What we are not
We are not a firm of solicitors and we do not hold ourselves out as one. Where a matter requires litigation, we work with specialist solicitors who conduct the case. We are also not a regulator. Complaints about billing, metering or supply should normally be directed to your supplier or the Energy Ombudsman.
Fees
Where we take a matter on, we work on a no win no fee basis. Our fee is a percentage of the amount recovered, agreed in writing before work begins. There is no upfront payment, search fee or administration charge. If nothing is recovered, you owe us nothing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, except where caused by our fraud, negligence or breach of a written engagement.
Intellectual property
The content of this website is owned by or licensed to Reclaim My Bills. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published here.
